Jacqueline Steudler

Art Therapist, Best Selling Author, and Visual Artist

Hi, my name is Jacqueline Steudler.

I've worked as an art therapist since 2000. I've helped people from all walks of life over these years. My focus shifted to helping grieving women after my mother died in 2013.

I knew there was a better way to navigate the up and downs of grief. So I trained in Grief Recovery and created the Healing For Grieving Hearts program, which compassionately combines art therapy and grief recovery. I love to share my knowledge of art therapy.

Testimonials from various clients

Balloon Chat

I wish I had done the program sooner!!! I really thought that I didn't need help facing my pain, but I was really just very good

at distracting myself.

Balloon Chat

Jacqueline’s caring presence and guidance, together with the exercises she created for me, created a very safe space to voice and explore my difficult feelings. I loved how the exercises helped me get out of my head, and into the truth in my heart. Through the program I found peace and clarity, and a renewed sense of direction in my life.

Balloon Chat

Jacqueline helped me to talk about my feelings on a level that was non judgmental and made me feel at ease and open to the program.

I found her and the program very helpful.

Q&A

  • Do I need to have experience in art-making?

Not at all. If you like creating with your hands and are open to trying something new, you're in the right place.

  • Will I receive a recording after the session?

No, I won't record the session to protect the privacy of all participants.

  • Is this an art therapy session where I can ask personal questions concerning my mental health?

Yes and no; Although I will guide you through an art therapy process, it's not a therapeutic setting, and I can't answer your mental health questions. However, during the checkout, you can sign-up for a private follow-up session.

The Introductory Session intends to give you a better understanding of art therapy if you want to use art-making with your clients. It's a learning experience.

  • Where will the session be held?

We'll meet on Zoom. During the three-hour session we'll have a short break.

  • You might be curious about art therapy as a future career.
  • You want to experience an art therapy process with a supportive group of like-minded people.
